We engaged Eric in May for works to start by mid-June and end by end-July. It was a pleasure working with him to renovate our dream home, and he delivered!
From the start, we were already very impressed by his extensive knowledge, honest suggestions, and meticulous work. We designed every aspect but really appreciated his input on how to refine our design. Eric considered every little detail that first-time homeowners like us would not necessarily know. His suggestions are not the kind that is upselling/ pressuring us to add-on expensive stuff, but really to help us save on unnecessary costs so that we have the budget to spend on things we actually value in the renovation list.
He is excellent at planning and coordinating works. Even though we added major works midway through renovation, Eric was able to quickly coordinate and execute it with only a 1-2 weeks extension of the original schedule. We also expected minor refinements and adjustments here and there, and throughout the entire process, Eric was responsive and polite, always seeking to solve problems rather than make up excuses to push responsibilities away.
Cost-wise, we spent around 30k to renovate our 3 room HDB unit. This was something other companies could not match for sure – we were being quoted 40-60k elsewhere! We were a bit hesitant since this is a rather new company but we’re so glad we made this decision! We heard from Eric that his company has their own carpenters and masonry people, which probably explains why they are a lot more affordable than some other companies we consulted.
All in all, we really recommend this company for anyone looking to renovate your unit ^^ LBHH my house so nice until i GDLL thank you!
